Treat everyone with dignity. Harassment, hate speech, discrimination, threats, doxxing, and stalking are strictly prohibited. This applies to streams, chat, DMs, and all platform interactions.

Do not stream or upload illegal content, content involving minors, non-consensual intimate content, extreme violence, or content promoting self-harm. All content must comply with applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

Keep chat constructive. No spam, excessive caps, link flooding, impersonation, or sharing personal information of others. Respect creator chat rules (slow mode, follower-only, sub-only).

Do not use deceptive practices to solicit tips, gifts, or subscriptions. Do not promise services you cannot deliver. Misleading donation goals or fake giveaways are prohibited.

You must be at least 18 years old to use Swoon. Age verification is required during registration. Misrepresenting your age will result in permanent account termination.

Violations may result in warnings, temporary mutes, temporary bans, or permanent account termination depending on severity. Repeated violations escalate consequences. Swoon reserves the right to take action at its discretion.

If you see something that violates these guidelines, report it. Use the report feature in chat, on profiles, or through Settings > Report a Problem. All reports are reviewed by our team.
